Dr. John DenBoer is the founder of StandardWaters, Inc., a company that researches and produces high-performance sports training products. He has trained several multi-million dollar companies in sport psychology, conditioning, performance management and neuroscience. Dr. John Den Boer served as the Director of Sport Psychology at AT&T Sports Academy (the "Academy"), where he was responsible for training officer leadership teams, coaches and teaching staff to be effective in challenging institutional environments.


Dr. John DenBoer is a clinical psychologist, expert in neurocognition and executive business coach. He has way of experience working with elite athletes, including some of the best baseball players in the world. His research on neurocognitive development in elite athletes has been published in academic journals, as well as applied to help improve performance on the field.
